Epinions Well worth it, and versatile!

by  MagnumForce,  Dec 8, 2000
Pros: Lightweight, great overall sounds, clear crisp bass, versatile, comfortable, affordable.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Review: Picked these up about a year ago, strictly as personal headphones for my discman, and was impressed immediately. Clean, crisp bass, and damn, they get loud, even with the discman.

They have great earcups that aren't too large, but large enough...

Epinions The Sound Of Music

by  Stone77777,  Sep 23, 2000
Pros: great sound...comfortable fit...nice styling
Cons: will probably break if someone mistakenly steps on them
Review: Please father...oh please father..hear my confession. It has been thirty years since my last confession....but I am so racked with guilt. I can no longer carry the burden of my crime on my own; therefore I turn to you for absolution and sanctification....

Epinions Another Quality Sony Product

by  complex,  Apr 22, 2000
Pros: Exceptional value, comfortable, looks great
Cons: Ear cups don't swivel left and right, only up and down.
Review: I was in the market for headphones because I wanted to listen to some music while at work (I do e-mail tech support, so I don't have to talk to too many people during the day).

I stopped an online store that just started offering Sony products...

Epinions Very, very good sound for peanuts!

by  hansmuff,  Sep 30, 2000
Pros: Excellent sound, earpieces are on hinges, very comfortable to wear. Price is very low.
Cons: Cable cannot be detached from headsets and goes to both earpieces.
Review: I bought the Sony MDR-V300 because of it's low price ($39) and it's good ratings on epinions and elsewhere. I needed a replacement for my Sennheiser HD450 pair which, after 8 years of great service, is just falling apart. I am trying to review them...

Epinions Great for any Portable Player

by  cucface,  May 2, 2000
Pros: a lot of bass, clear in sound, looks cool
Cons: not much, the price is high but it is worth it
Review: After buying these headphones from a friend(very unresponsable), I began to notice that they still have the feeling of new headphones. With the bass of 200 dollar headphones, and appearance of a hi-tech gadget. When I say hi-tech, I am not talking...

Epinions Sony MDR-V300 heaphones - a quality almost-pro headphone

by  jkafer,  Oct 17, 2005
Pros: Long, thick cord, excellent sound, comfortable
Cons: Cord might be too long and unwieldy for traveling
The Bottom Line: An excellent pair of headphones for personal use.
Review: Every single MP3 player and every single tape or CD player comes with a set of earbuds or headphones. And without a doubt, the quality is about as good as a placing a tin can against your ear. And they usually feel about as comfortable. But for whatever ...

Epinions Sony Headphones; Beyond Just a Listening Experience

by  Lajeaca,  Sep 21, 2000
Pros: Stunning sound, folding construction, durable
Cons: Not a cordless device
Review:

Sony’s MDR-V300 Headphones have been so neatly folded away in my stereo cabinet that I almost forgot that I owned them. Unfortunately, I have been robbing myself of memorable musical listening experiences for the last eight or...

Epinions Affordable Good Quality Stereo Headphones

by  mikekk67,  May 8, 2004
Pros: Looks good, sounds good, unimatch plug, good price for what quality it gives.
Cons: At first it is uncomfortable, but later it's no problem.
The Bottom Line: For those seeking the perfect package, here it is. Beauty, Quality, Price, and Practicallity.
Review: I have been looking for headphones for a while. I have a Sony Streetstyle pair but they're the lightweight cheap kind of headphones. I wanted to see what kind of quality I would get with Stereo Headphones. BIG difference. The Sony MDR-V300 ...

Epinions Sony MDR-V300 Headphones: Don't Leave them on the floor!

by  dhuting92,  Apr 12, 2004
Pros: Another quality Sony product; great sound & comfort
Cons: Huge design flaw; they break way too easily...other than that, no complaints.
The Bottom Line: The Sony MDR-V300 delivers everything needed in a quality pair of studio headphones...sound, comfort, and style. They don't handle being stepped on well though!
Review: INTRODUCTION To start things off, let me explain why I bought the Sony MDR-V300 headphones. I had just purchased the Sony Walkman D-CJ500 portable CD/MP3 player, and was not very satisfied with the shoddy headphones that came with it. ...

Epinions Good Sound, and a Great Deal

by  rimbaud234,  Dec 31, 2000
Pros: Good sound, nice fit
Cons: For $50? Nothing
Review: I make my living in the audio business and I'm a rather big snob when it comes to headphones. My everyday pair of headphones for the studio are Sennheiser 770s and I also use Stax headphones with a matched amplifier. I often like to listen to...
